Spinach gnocchi

Weekend with Saturday 29 and spinach gnocchi! 🙌🏻

Ingredients🥣

  • 1kg potato
  • A bundle of spinach
  • 300gr of flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch black pepper

Preparation🥄
  1. Place unpeeled potatoes in a pot of cold water and cook until soft.
  2. Let them warm and peel them
  3. Boil the spinach bundle for a maximum of one minute, drain and chop or mixeá
  4. Put the potatoes in a bowl and mash them until obtaining a homogeneous puree, add the rest of the ingredients and knead smoothly until obtaining a consistent dough.
  5. Cut the dough into pieces, make thin strips and form the gnocchi (you can shape it with a fork or floured gnocchi)
  6. For cooking, take them in batches to a pot of boiling salted water. They will fall to the bottom, when they go up you leave them 1 ’more and voila 🤩
