An amazing cake and very easy to make!
Ingredients 🍰
For the base:
- ½ box (270 g) of Bizcochuelo Morixe chocolate flavor.
- 2 eggs
- 100 cm3 of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
For the filling:
- 400 g dulce de leche
- 100 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 200 cm3 of milk cream
- Red fruits to taste
- Optional: piping bag for decorating
Preparation 👩🍳
- Turn on the oven to 160 degrees and let it heat for 15 minutes.
- Butter and flour a 24 cm3 diameter mold.
- Mix the eggs with the milk and the melted butter and then add half of the contents of the sachet, continue mixing for 3 minutes with a mixer or 5 minutes by hand. If you want it crunchier you can add chopped walnuts to the preparation.
- Place the mixture in the buttered mold and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 160 degrees. Check the cooking by pricking with a toothpick or toothpick, if it comes out clean, it is ready.
- After letting it cool, cover it with dulce de leche and with a piping bag you can make flat flakes on the edges as in the photo.
- Whip the cream together with the sugar and vanilla essence until it thickens. Then place it on top of the dulce de leche in the center.
- Cover the preparation with red fruits and it's ready to enjoy!
