Spaghetti Morixe carbonara

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 5 yolks
- 500g. by spaghetti Morixe
- 150g. grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- 300g. bacon

Carbonara pasta recipe
1. Bring the water to a boil. While cutting the skin of the bacon and reserve. Cut the bacon into strips.
2. Beat the eggs and yolks well with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and mix well.
3. Add coarse salt to the water and put the pasta.
4.In another pan, brown the bacon with the skin included, this is what gives it a lot of flavor! Take a little of the cooking water from the pasta and add it to the mixture of eggs and cheese, beat well.

5.When the bacon is golden brown, remove the skin and turn off the heat. In the same pan with the heat off, add the drained pasta al dente and the egg mixture and stir.

Perfect Pasta in 5 steps
1- Cook the pasta with enough water so that it hydrates and does not stick. Always multiply the amount of pasta by ten times of water: 200g of pasta in 2 liters of water.
2. When the pasta water begins to boil, add the salt. Use 1 gram of salt for every liter of water.
3. After adding the salt to the water, add the pasta. Make sure the water boils at all times, even with the pasta inside, and stir constantly.
4. Let it boil for 9 minutes.
5 When it is al dente, drain it and add the sauce.
