Homemade Bread with Whole Wheat Flour Recipe

IDEAL to make a rich and healthy homemade bread, which provides vitamins, minerals and a high fiber content to your breakfasts👌🏽

Ingredients

  • 500gr of whole wheat flour #morixe
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast (10gr)
  • 400 cc of water at room temperature.
  • 1 tablespoon of fine salt
  • 1 egg
  • Seed mix (optional)

Preparation 🥣
  1. In a bowl place the 500gr of #morixe whole wheat flour, the dry yeast  and a tablespoon of salt around the edges.
  2. Add 400cc of water little by little, and mix until you get a homogeneous dough (you will have a very sticky dough).
  3. Place in a pan or bread pan and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Once leavened, brush the surface with a beaten egg and decorate with a mix of seeds.
  5. Put in the oven at medium temperature for 40 / 45mins.
  6. Let cool to unmold, cut into slices and bring to the table to enjoy!
