Ingredients
- 500gr of whole wheat flour #morixe
- 1 sachet of dry yeast (10gr)
- 400 cc of water at room temperature.
- 1 tablespoon of fine salt
- 1 egg
- Seed mix (optional)
Preparation 🥣
- In a bowl place the 500gr of #morixe whole wheat flour, the dry yeast and a tablespoon of salt around the edges.
- Add 400cc of water little by little, and mix until you get a homogeneous dough (you will have a very sticky dough).
- Place in a pan or bread pan and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Once leavened, brush the surface with a beaten egg and decorate with a mix of seeds.
- Put in the oven at medium temperature for 40 / 45mins.
- Let cool to unmold, cut into slices and bring to the table to enjoy!
