Homemade Chipá Morixe recipe

The easiest recipe, the tastiest chipas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 of cup of Morixe Blend or sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 cup of 000 Morixe flour
  • 1 cup of Morixe cassava starch
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of grated cheese


Homemade chipá recipe
  1. First you preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. Boil the water with the milk, the salt and the Morixe mezcal or sunflower oil. As soon as it starts to boil, you turn off the heat and add the Morixe mandicoa starch, mix with a wooden spoon.
  3. Let it cool a bit and add the egg. Keep mixing.
  4. Finally add the cheese, unite everything and smearing a little oil on your hands, you begin to make the balls.
  5. Put in a baking dish, leaving space between them because they grow, and they will bake for about 20 or 25 minutes, or until they look golden brown.
