Incredible pizzas with Morixe special flour for homemade pizzas

Ingredients🥣

  • 1 kg of Morixe Flour for Homemade Pizzas.
  • 5 g of sugar (1 teaspoon).
  • 20 g of salt (1 heaping tablespoon).
  • 40 cm3 of Morixe olive oil (1/2 cup of coffee).
  • 700 cm3 of warm water (3 cups of tea + 1 cup of coffee).
 

Preparation 🍕

  1. Put the contents of the Morixe Homemade Pizza Flour package in a container, make a small well in the center and add the sugar, salt, oil and warm water.
  2. Knead by hand until a uniform dough is obtained. Once the texture is achieved, cover with a towel and let rise for 9 minutes. In this step we can already preheat the oven to maximum temperature.
  3. Once the bun is aerated, stretch the dough, place it in a pizza pan and add the sauce on top.
  4. Put it in the oven for a few minutes, remove, add the mozzarella and whatever you want to add. Return to the oven until the cheese melts and that's it!
