Homemade Pizza with Morixe Protein Flour

With Morixe Protein flour, pizza is a super food!

Ingredients 🥣

  • 1kg of protein flour
  • 700 g of water
  • 60 g oil
  • 20 g of salt
  • 15 g of dry yeast.


Preparation 🥄
  1. I dissolved the yeast in the warm water
  2. Mix in a bowl with the flour and add the oil and salt
  3. On the floured countertop, form a bun and knead until a smooth dough is left, folding it on itself and rotating it
  4. Let stand 20 '
  5. Divide the dough into equal buns and let them rest another 20 "covered with a cloth.
  6. Spread two 35 cm diameter pizza molds with oil and place the buns by stretching them with your fingers towards the edges, which should be thicker
  7. Let them lift covered for 45 'in a warm environment
  8. Add the sauce, the mozzarella and whatever you want
  9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes and that's it 🙌🏻
