Homemade Pasta (for 4 people)

 

  • 500 gr of flour 0000 MORIXE
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of salt

 

Mix the flour, salt, oil and eggs in a bowl. Unite everything to form a homogeneous mass.

Cut 5 to 6 buns and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Stretch each bun until thin.

Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and cut with the knife into strips of the width that you like best.
