French Fries with cheddar , bacon and parsley

This recipe for fries with cheddar cheese and crispy bacon bits is super simple and is the perfect dish to share a nice evening with the family.

Morixe Fries Recipe with Cheddar, Bacon and Parsley

4 portions

Ingredients
- 1 package of 1kg Morixe Traditional Cut French Fries
- Morixe extra virgin olive oil
- 200g liquid cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 6 slices of bread, chopped salt, to taste

Steps
1 Cook potatoes as directed on package.
2 In a dry frying pan, brown the bacon until crisp, remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
3 Serve the fries in a pile on a platter and season with salt.
4 Sauce generously with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with parsley and bacon bits.
5 Serve right away.
