Duchess Potatoes (6 servings)
MORIXE Mashed Potatoes
1/2 tablespoon of soft butter
1 yolk
Sea salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 cup of flour
Oil for frying
Prepare Morixe Mashed Potatoes, let cool. Once cold, add the butter, yolk and flour, salt and white pepper; integrate into a dough.
Make balls the size of a walnut, pass through Morixe flour and reserve. Heat oil in a deep pot and fry the balls until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
