Whole wheat bread with Morixe flour and seeds

Make a healthier bread!

Ingredients🥣

  • 500 g whole wheat flour Morixe 
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast (10 g)
  • 400 cm3 of water at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon of fine salt
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: mix of seeds
 

Preparation 

  1. In a bowl place 500 grams of Morixe whole wheat flour, the sachet of dry yeast in the center and a tablespoon of salt around the edges. 
  2. Add 400 cm3 of water a little at a time, and mix until you get a homogeneous dough (you will get a very sticky dough). 
  3. Place in a muffin tin or loaf pan and let it rise covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Once leavened, brush the surface with a beaten egg and decorate with seed mix. 
  5. Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 40/45 minutes. 
  6. Let cool to unmold, cut into slices and take to the table to enjoy!
