Homemade Bread (12 units)
500g (4 cups) 000 MORIXE flour
1 and a half cups of warm water
6g dry yeast or 15g fresh
2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of sugar
3 tbsp. virgin olive oil
Place the yeast with the sugar in a bowl, and hydrate with a little warm water. Stir until yeast dissolves. Mix the water with the hydrated yeast, the oil and the flour. Lastly, add the salt.
Knead into a bun. Let it rest for 15 minutes covered with a cloth. Make small buns with a shallow cross cut.
Cook in an oiled roasting pan in a medium / high oven without preheating until golden brown on the outside.
