Blueberry Muffins with Morixe Sponge Cake

Making your own cupcakes is that easy!

Ingredients 🧁

  • 1 box of Morixe sponge cake vanilla flavor
  • 3 eggs
  • 220 cm3 of milk
  • 100 g Morixe wheat flour
  • 200 g blueberries
  • Muffins tin
Preparation 🥣
  1. Turn on the oven to 160 degrees and let it heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, we can mix the eggs with the milk and once it has a homogeneous composition we add the contents of the box and the flour and beat it for 3 minutes with a mixer or for 5 minutes by hand. 
  3. Pour the mixture into the cupcake molds up to half of the container and then add the blueberries to each one.
  4. Bake in the oven until a toothpick comes out dry.
  5. Let them cool down and they are ready! 
Tip: You can decorate them with whipped cream, cream, icing and give them your personal touch 😉
