• 2 cups of MORIXE self-rising flour
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cups of milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup oil
Mix the flour, sugar and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and oil.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well combined.
Put the dough in liners or a muffin tin and bake for 22 to 25 minutes at medium heat.
