Milanesas

Milanesas, for 6 people

 

 

• 1 kg of Milanese

• 500 grs. MORIXE breadcrumbs

• 2 eggs

• 2 tbsp. milk

• 1 tbsp. chopped parsley

• 1 clove of minced garlic

• Salt and pepper to taste

 

Integrate the eggs with the milk, parsley and garlic, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pass the milanesas first through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs, repeat once more.

Fry or cook in the oven until the desired browning is achieved. As a garnish, we suggest you accompany them with Morixe Fries.
