Discover the secret of the milanesa!

 

Ingredients 🥩

  • 2 pounds of meat cut half a centimeter thick
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g Morixe breadcrumbs
  • 250 g Morixe flour
  • Milk
  • Garlic and parsley to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: Mustard
 

Preparation 🥣

  1. Marinate the meat dry for as long as you have (ideally overnight) with salt and pepper.
  2. Then, chop garlic and parsley, mix it with the meat and keep it for a while in the fridge with a little more salt and pepper. 
  3. Dredge each feta in flour, shake off the excess and then dip them in your mixture of beaten eggs with a little milk, salt and pepper (you can also add a spoonful of mustard).
  4. Sprinkle them with the Morixe breadcrumbs and put them back in the refrigerator for a few minutes. 
 

Ready! They are ready to bake or fry.
