Discover the secret of the milanesa!
Ingredients 🥩
- 2 pounds of meat cut half a centimeter thick
- 3 eggs
- 500 g Morixe breadcrumbs
- 250 g Morixe flour
- Milk
- Garlic and parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: Mustard
Preparation 🥣
- Marinate the meat dry for as long as you have (ideally overnight) with salt and pepper.
- Then, chop garlic and parsley, mix it with the meat and keep it for a while in the fridge with a little more salt and pepper.
- Dredge each feta in flour, shake off the excess and then dip them in your mixture of beaten eggs with a little milk, salt and pepper (you can also add a spoonful of mustard).
- Sprinkle them with the Morixe breadcrumbs and put them back in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Ready! They are ready to bake or fry.
