Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal cookies (8 servings)

80 g of condensed milk, 125 g of rolled oats,
1 medium egg, 75 g of grated coconut,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional),
1 pinch of salt, 75 ml of oil.

preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 °. I beat the egg with the oil and the condensed milk. Add the coconut, the rolled oats, the salt and the baking powder and mix.

Roll dough balls with your hands and flatten them to form a cookie. Put them on top of a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden. Remove them and let them cool until they harden.
