Ingredients

1 kg of 000 #Morixe wheat flour
30 g yeast
250 g of harrow
25 grams salt
1/2 liter of water
Preparation

In a crown-shaped bowl, place the flour, in the center the yeast, fat and salt.
Knead and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes
Roll out the dough on the counter and cut into strips
