Brownies

Easy brownie recipe

 

  • 125 grams of butter with salt
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate, unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of Morixe 0000 flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 raisins, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, optional

 

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Prepare a square mold of 20x20 cm (approx.), Cover the bottom with aluminum foil.
  3. In a glass bowl add the butter and cocoa, melt in the microwave on high power, about 45 seconds.
  4. Mix with a fork, add the sugar and vanilla, incorporate completely, add an egg and stir until fully incorporated, do the same with the 2nd egg.
  5. Add Morixe 0000 flour and the baking powder, stir until incorporated. Add raisins, nuts or chocolate chips if desired. Mix.
  6. Pour into the prepared mold.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until still slightly damp and gently rebound when touched.
  8. Let cool completely before unmolding and cut into 9 large or 12 medium squares or 20 mini-brownie rectangles.
