Vanilla Sponge Cake with Morixe

Prepare a cake with only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients 🥣

• 3 eggs 
• 220cm³ milk 
• Butter and flour 

Preparation🥄

1. Preheat the oven at minimum temperature (160º) for 15 minutes. 
   👁 Note: Do not preheat to maximum temperature. 
2. Meanwhile, butter and flour a mold of 24 centimeters in diameter x 8 centimeters high and separate it. 
3. Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl and add the 220cm³ of milk and the 3 eggs.
4. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes at maximum speed or by hand vigorously for 5 minutes. 
5. Pour the mixture into the previously buttered mold.
6. Bake it for 60 minutes at 160 degrees.
7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes and that's it!
