Polenta sticks
2 cups of water
1 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups polenta Morixe
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. Morixe olive oil
Salt and pepper
Boil water in a large pot. Add the Morixe polenta little by little while stirring constantly. Then add the milk. Cook stirring all the time until thick and boiling (approximately 10 minutes). Turn off the heat, add the Parmesan and season with oil, salt and pepper. Pour the polenta into a rectangular roasting pan, cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 205 ° C. After an hour, remove the polenta and cut it into thick strips. Separate them and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Place them in a roasting pan with non-stick spray and cook them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When they are removed, let them cool for at least 15 minutes before serving them with a good dip.
