Mozzarella sticks, for 4 people
• 500 grs. mozzarella
• 150 grs. MORIXE flour
• 300 grs. batter MORIXE
• 3 eggs
• oregano and salt: to taste
• fileto sauce: to taste
Cut the mozzarella into sticks. Apart, beat the eggs with a fork and season with salt and oregano to taste.
Pass each stick first through the flour, then through the egg, and finally through the batter. Reserve in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Fry and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with fileto sauce.
